Zac joined Subsea Global Solutions as a diver in February 2016. After a few years in the field, he was promoted to lead our HSE department and guide the professional development of our global team.

Before joining Subsea Global Solutions, Zac spent several years leading climate change adaptation projects focused on developing expeditionary diving methods to assess the structural integrity of high-altitude glacial lakes across the Himalaya and Andes mountains.

Zac served in the US Navy as an enlisted helicopter test-flight crew chief before earning his commission as a mustang Naval Officer. He has a bachelor’s degree in geophysics, numerous technical and trade certifications, and is currently completing a Master of Business Administration degree.

Zac’s favorite place to be is underwater, but when he’s on land he also enjoys spending his time hiking, climbing, fly fishing, playing music, and building things in his workshop.
